v4: Implement LDAP persistent search handling

Allows a virtual server to receive requests as entries change in an LDAP directory which could be used to trigger CoA or disconnect packets.

Three variants of persistent search implementation are supported:

  • RFC 4533
  • Active Directory
  • https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-ldapext-psearch-03.txt
