Add Fanatec Emulator on SPI

Has you thought about adding the code to emulate a Fanatec steering wheel to Freejoy? Looks like relatively simple code: https://github.com/lshachar/Arduino_Fanatec_Wheel/blob/master/arduino_fanatec_wheel.ino

This would make it easier to build a steering wheel for a Fanatec base - and save the extra Arduino.

Or did I miss something?
