Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Open Camera 2.Go To Settings 3.Enable "Flip Fornt Camera Photos horizonatlly 4.Click On Selfie 5.Flip Your Face To Check If The Option Is Working 6.Capture A Selfie 7.You Can See The Selfie Is Flip Automatically And The Option Didn't Work

Expected behavior

I expected That The Option It Works And Fix Auto Flip

Actual behavior

But It Didn't Work And Don't Mirror The Picture

I Noticed That When I Rotate The Phone Then Capture Selfie Will Fix This Issue But When I Don't Rotate My Phone [Portrait] The Selfie Will Not Flip
