[FR]: default value of `gaplessPlayback` bak to Flutter's standard

Describe the problem

In https://github.com/FlutterGen/flutter_gen/pull/569 , default value of gaplessPlayback change to true. But, In Flutter's Image Widget, default value of gaplessPlayback is false.

In my opinion, I expect the image() function (generated from flutter_gen_builder) to work the same way as Flutter.

This can also considered as a non-breaking change in most cases.

But, it is unnatural that it doesn't work the same as the flutter standard. At least make it possible to switch by yaml file parameters, etc.

Describe the solution

Revert https://github.com/FlutterGen/flutter_gen/pull/569, or make it possible to switch by yaml file parameters.
