[API/Game] Unicode characters in Team name is not valid

Where bugs related API / Game

Describe the bug Unicode characters in Team name cannot be proper characters. e.g. Aim & Chill Club International will be recognized as Aim \u0026 Chill Club International on Get5 SRCDS side.

Expected behavior Team name unicode characters should not be escaped

Additional info I think its HTML escape issue. I probably need to specify json option on mux side.
