[API] Support demo API

about demo api : SRCDS uploads .dem file into FTP server,and notice get5-web demo file location in "demoFile" Json. it's not uploading .dem directly.

Just an idea. Make Http&FTP file server that is specialized for get5(get5-demo or s.th) . It serves FTP cons for SRCDS demo uploading. And open HTTP cons for dem downloads. get5-web-go requests specified match dem's location thru gRPC, and get5-demo returns absolute dem http path string.
