Settings' hotkey control update does not refresh

Settings' hotkey control 'Update' does not refresh ('Add' does)

Repro:

1. go to settings
2. go to Hokey
3. in the Custom Query Hotkey section click add and fill in the data and click done
4. click on the newly added hotkey and then Edit
5. change the Hotkey to something else then click update
6. notice the new hotkey is not updated.
7. exit out of Settings then go back in and see the Hotkey is updated
