BUG: Duplicate Programs Showing Up

Problem Description

Hi there,

I've noticed that sometimes when I open the launcher, it will return multiple names of the same program. I noticed this with Notepad, and also with another program called Zight. There may be more, but those two I just came across.

Not too sure if this is actually a bug, or some type of a misconfiguration on my part?

To Reproduce

1. Open Flow Launcher
2. Search for a program

Not sure why or if this only occurs for specific apps.
