After unlocking the device, win key does not always work

Loving the prerelease so far, amazing improvements across the board!

Unfortunately it seems the Win hotkey still has some issues:

Pressing Win shortly after logging in/unlocking the device (Win 11 26100) will not open Flow Launcher, but the Windows Start menu instead.
