BUG: None of the settings are saving upon restart

Problem Description

It just wont save ANY settings, from plugins, to Flow Launchers own 'General' settings upon closing the app and opening it again. I have to keep reselecting the default file manager, and none of my plugin settings and prefixes are staying the same.

Happy to pay to get this fixed asap as Flow is super important to me! Thanks
