Reselect to Main Query window when show up

Issue #1021 just opened is something I've also noticed and find annoying - if you activate the context menu then clock away from Flow (it loses focus) then when you next activate it, the context menu is still there. I think Flow should reset the context menu if focus is lost and that is active @deefrawley
