Assets are not up to date with the ones Fitbit now uses throughout the app/OS

Thanks for adding the new AZM icons.

Could you also add the current icons for the other stats: steps, calories, distance? Even floors I believe might no longer be up to date with the default icon used throughout the Fitbit app and OS.

And while you're at it, perhaps add the battery icon? I feel a lot of devs would benefit from access to that one.
