Multi monitor support
Hey you asked for a screenshot of how it looks:
Could you also try the Insider one in github releases https://github.com/FireCubeStudios/FluentFlyouts/releases/tag/v4.0.1.0-Insider
It is actually older but uses different positioning logic
@xitex7
It now opens on main display, but positioning (1440p) is off:
Ok good but this is bad, my fix for the offset bug broke multi monitor, not sure what to do will have to think about this
+1 for this issue Flyout appears on monitor number 1, even though the flyout shortcut is visible in the tray only on monitor number 3 (which is set as primary).
+1 Same issue here, also clicking on the clock icon while the flyout is open closes and reopens it instead of inverting the current state.
Same as others, i have 2 monitors primarily, Monitor 1 is Primary, Monitor 2 is Secondary, for some reason clicking on say the Calendar in my taskbar on Monitor 1 seems to open only on Monitor 2 ever even though even in display settings that's not set as the primary display.
I just got a multi monitor setup for my laptop so now I can test this. I have found out issues including with scaling and positioning and will be fixing them
I also need this fixed! Calendar always opens in 2nd monitor's upper right corner and i can't even drag it manually.. this is kinda frustrating.. also windows 11 won't let me install v4.0.1.0 you suggest, because it says something about untrusted source or so.. I hope there will be a new official version soon that will fix this issue.. thanks!
try the store version not the github one
try the store version not the github one
already did that but the issue with 2nd monitor still exists..
I have interacted with multi monitor on another app and will add this here now
+1 Same issue here, also clicking on the clock icon while the flyout is open closes and reopens it instead of inverting the current state.
