Crossfade songs

Hey guys,

Quick feature request, It'd be great if there was an option to crossfade songs, similar to how you can enable it in the regular Spotify app, maybe even with a slider from 1-10 seconds or something like that.

Hey there! We'd love to implement this feature, but as of now, we don't have the means to do that as Spotify's Web Playback SDK doesn't offer this functionality yet. As soon as it is available there, we'll implement it ourselves :)

Fun Fact: Our first version of Festify had that functionality, but it was super hacky because we implemented it ourselves in Objective C :D

Crossfade songs would be great! The Desktop APP of Spotify already supports Crossfade Songs. Please integrate this function.

👋 Hello

I've been thinking about this, taking into consideration the possibility of having several providers.

Right now, it may be possible to achieve crossfade with 2 players per provider, which would mean for spotify 2 premium accounts (except if we can get 2 players for the same user, playing different tracks, but I doubt it ?).

What do you think ?
