Don't have gamemoderun rights

When I try to use $ gamemoderun ./example, then it shows me "No rights" in german because I'm German.

To Reproduce Steps used to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run game 'PepeL_linux'
2. gamemoderun ./PepeL_linux
3. See Error Expected behavior Game runs faster than normal.

System info :

• OS and version: [Ubuntu 20.04]
• GameMode Version: The preinstalled one.
