Is English, Russian and others supported by engine and toolkit?

steins-gate-new supports Nitroplus (Original JP release), JAST (Official US release) and Fuwanovel (English fan translation). You can specify that with --exe option (see --help for details). nptools will probably work with any release, as long as you specify correct locale, for example: ./npaextract nss.npa SteinsGate en_US.UTF-16 for JAST or ./npaextract nss.npa SteinsGate ja_JP.CP932 for Nitroplus.

If you can, test and report how it works for you.
