Support reading of meshes from VTX/ADIOS2 files

We can write VTX files, but not read them. Support for reading should be straightforward.

Support should include different real types (single an double precision) for geometry.

Due to https://github.com/ornladios/ADIOS2/issues/3688 this is a no-go for now. Let's rather focus on 1989.
