Currently, renewal of certificates doesn't seem to be supported in the Terraform provider, while it is supported by the F5 certificate order manager.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for the certificate order manager to the Terraform provider.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Current workaround would be to renew the certificate (e.g. using certbot) and update it using a bigip_ssl_certificate resource by running Terraform.
