[DOC]: Add more information to best practices on #keep-the-number-of-applications-in-one-tenant-to-a-minimum

The current section #keep-the-number-of-applications-in-one-tenant-to-a-minimum doesn´t include information on:

• how does the size of the pools it affect AS3 performance?

• microservices/kubernetes-style workloads where behind a single virtual host there are many HTTP routes/pools, how does it affect AS3 performance? My assumption is that each HTTP route should be considered is an application but this should be clearly stated in the doc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please expand the documentation to get a better understanding of AS3 performance behaviour for the two cases above so the declarations can be better adapted taking into account its behaviour.
