Unable to configure IPFIX log destination

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It seems easy to configure a syslog, high-speed-syslog, or splunk log destination:

However, there is no mechanism to support IPFIX.

We use IPFIX and would love to fold that into our AS3 configuration

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually configuring the log destination in the Common partition, outside of AS3. That takes some of the shine off of the AS3 solution.
