Ability to enable / disable Service_Address

Problem: I cannot enable / disable Service_Address

Service_Address does not have the adminState option:

Solution: Add the ability to enable / disable Service_Address

Please look at Service_HTTPS: (https://clouddocs.f5.com/products/extensions/f5-appsvcs-extension/latest/refguide/schemaref/Service_HTTPS.schema.json.html) You will see adminState as an option

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can disable Service_HTTPS by setting adminState to disable. But the virtual address will respond to pings and ARP requests.

Equivalent TMSH

root@(bigip)(cfg-sync In Sync)(/S4-green-P::Active)(/Common)(tmos)# modify /ltm virtual-address vaddrX enabled ? Specifies whether a virtual server IP address is enabled. The default value is yes.
