I don't like that I can't move cascade to a different location, or place it in a tab. this isn't consistent with how I normally see extensions working.
Sometimes cascade will wait at a prompt forever waiting for something to happen. sometimes an empty command prompt sometimes when it encounters an unexpected command prompt.
It would be helpful to have multiple conversations operating in parallel in a single instance of VsCode.
