Invisible tripwire feel could be avoided by rewording
For some reason "examples include" (positive and negative behaviors) give me a Sword of Damocles feel that no matter how good my intentions* are, I could trip an invisible tripwire of an unlisted behavior and be in deep trouble before I know it. If that was "we especially encourage" and "we definitely do not tolerate" with the very same examples, it would seem more positive, and also be much less bureaucratic, more approachable sounding language.
*) I do acknowledge that sometimes behaviors are harassment despite best of intentions, and this issue is not meant to obfuscate that
