能在cloud flare用啊，可能是你的运营商的问题，或者分享给太多人用了吧？ 不过这只是应急用的，挺麻烦的。

可以用啊，没问题，是不是域名被墙了？如果用heroku的话，也没必要用这个项目了，直接搭v2就好了
