Description

[I am using your com.estimote:proximity-sdk:1.0.5 and com.estimote:mustard:0.2.1 some time app detect beacon when app is open.how my app detect beacon app background or open both time ]

Expected behavior: [my app detect beacon when app open or background]

Actual behavior: [my app don't detect beacon when app is open or backgroung]
