Added toggle-drawing tool.

I implemented a toggle-drawing tool, because I like to not have to use one hand for the shift-key or to explicitly switch between draw/erase. For me, this is more convenient, especially for single color sprites.

Hi Rokkbert, I like the idea, but the staging branch was already quite ahead of the master. Since I have just merged that one, feel free to update your PR. While you are at it, please provide a clean version of the icon, this one seems to be very blurry. Cheers!
