XAPI tool logic for download extent (convert to decimal degrees)

It would be desirable if the tool converted any projected coordinates to decimal degrees. Currently, if for example the data frame's projected coordinate system is set to WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere), the same projection most web maps use, than the tool will not fill in the correct decimal degree coordinates for the request extent.
