Please Advise regarding issue #192

It has become clear that the solution to "OSM Create Network Dataset: Populating Turn Features from OSM Relations The row contains a bad value. [RestrictionType]" has not been incorporated into the compiled setups posted on the ArcGIS download page. I have spent two days trying to troubleshoot by downloading the source code and recompiling it using Visual Studio to no avail. Visual Studio is only compiling .dll files instead of the .exe file. Please advise or update the latest master installer for 10.5 on the download page.
