Support bicycle Contraflows on one-way streets for OSM based Networks

I have created a nework dataset with OSM data, but notice that the default export from OSM and creation of the network dataset for cycling doesn't support cycle contraflows, which can be common in cities allowing cycles to use a one-way street in both directions.

These are tagged as oneway:bicycle=no (the same can apply for other vehicle types, but only Bicycle has a separate network builder in the OSM Editor plugin).

I'm not sure if this can be resolved by updating the rules when building the network, or would require more work to update the tags downloaded?
