[LIBP2P] - Long Running Tests with Libp2p

What is this task and why do we need to work on it?

We haven't really run libp2p on a real network for many views. Current testnet with webserver will go through millions of views and run for weeks. We should at least run a multi day test with libp2p network only to make sure that it is robust in a real network.

This will likely expose issues with certain nodes either dropping out, or falling far behind that we can address in our code.

What work will need to be done to complete this task?

A 24hr stable network with around 10 libp2p nodes
