[Auto benchmarks] - Clean up example config

What is this task and why do we need to work on it?

Right now, our examples are full of unused and misnamed config values. We want this config to be something that's downloaded from the orchestrator, so it should be separate from keys as well.

What work will need to be done to complete this task?

To complete this task, we need to remove a bunch of unused parameters, and rename existing ones to make more sense.
