Support for importing previously saved lists

Somewhat depends on #2, would be importing the same files it saves.
Validation for the files will be needed, making sure each line is a valid URL and a prompt when opening too many at once.

How many would be "too many"? (I installed this when I was approaching 1,500, to try and figure out how the #&!! I managed to even get close to that number. =:-0 )
