[Bug]: Server doesn't not halt, either after crash or '/stop' command

What happened?

On Craftoria's official servers, seem to almost(?) never get a full stop or crash. After a stop command, even after last log message 'saving worlds', discord bridge stays live and further discord posts are reflected in the console.
