Propose giving user the option to self-sign (test mode) or sign with CA

Propose giving the user to use the self-sign option (putting Windows into Test Mode and disabling UAC) or allowing the user to sign with a CA (which doesn't require putting Windows into Test Mode).

Could we get it signed like officially, I'd definitely use it but some games don't work with the Test signing mode on.

I don't think the author of this software is active anymore, but if you want to self-sign I wrote up a quick thing on how to do it here: https://andrewpeng.net/computing/enabling-sli-on-a-dell-precision-690-with-geforce-video-cards

peng - I want to thank you for that writeup. Although it unfortunately doesn't work anymore as originally posted (requires higher class cert now), it was instrumental to figuring out how to do it once I got a proper driver signing cert.
