Open/Save UI issue

I went from Version 6.0 to 6.3 and the Open/Save dialog UI timewarped backed to Windows XP layout/Style. I uninstalled and went back to 6.0 to confirm and these dialogs were back to Win10 style. While not a functional issue, its rather cringy to look at, and does nothing to promote Embarcadero.

Yeah, there is a reason for that but I will take a look and see what we can do about it.

We had to introduce the file encoding drop down and it is part of the older dialogs (I think).

Thanks. As a resurrected amateur (D7 was long ago), offering assistance to the project would be an annoyance for all. I figured it was an oversight or simply something better left for later. I can offer my appreciation to the project team for all the hard work though. I am learning/remembering through projects such as this. This is my first ever post on Git so clearly the process is slow! :p
