General Permanent Error on startup

I've installed 1.4.3 on OTA-13 on Ubuntu Touch. It worked great at first and even downloaded my playlist for offline playback. That was last night.

This morning, I'm asked to log in and get the above error message "general permanent error". Each time. I've also logged in via the website to be sure I'm using the correct password.

Searching online for the error surfaces one stackoverflow result, where a coding issue with a similar app was causing login problems.

Thanks Mike, 1.6.1 isn't any better. But, I tried my username instead of email (the prompt requests email) and I got in.

I am travelling cross country at the moment so there is a slight chance its connectivity related. But it seems the login method matters.

The prompt requests username, not email. I don't know what I was thinking.
