BTW I forgot to mention, the name of this package shouldn't necessarily be `sysroot`, maybe `@system/root` then we can have `@android.arm64/root` later, but `@system/root` wouldn't support dependencies.

Yes we can, for Linux, but I'm not sure if the CI works, I think you need self hosted instance, which is a problem

Also confirmed that we work with the macOS ARM64, just need the right compiler, and as the only version that I have backported is 4.10, #1164 is needed
