Jupyter Notebook not working. Error at step 2g

The notebook runs without showing any errors, but the labelled picture doesn't show up. I tried removing the matplot libraries, but it still was of no use. I also tried changing the "model name" in the notebook to 'faster_rcnn_inception_v2_coco_2018_01_28'. But nothing seemed to happen. Please help me out here. ;-;
