Interesting. We do have a Windows laptop, and we do test this. Do you have a stack trace or any other information that could help us debug the problem?

There is no error in Chrome Dev tools it just never returns.

https://www.browserstack.com/ should let you use Edge if you don't have anyone that uses windows.
