What does this PR do?

This PR fix the issue Bad url Java heb book #9338; the missing resource (The Israeli Guide to Java) was deleted.

I checked the alignment and it seems ok to me. 😭 Can someone tell me where the error is? Thank you 😊

Edit: Sorry, I made a stupid mistake 😞, now it seems to work!

1. need to also remove Java from the index
2. Usually better to use separate branches for each change- your commit for the OSINT book is now included in this PR. It's OK, but it was confusing to review.
