merging algorithm and datastructure in index in free-courses-hi.md

The Algorithms and Data Structures are two different contents in the Index. I was suggesting that if we combine both algorithm and data structure and then add all the common courses(of DS and Algo) under it then, make two subheadings algorithms and datastructure so that i can insert exlusive courses(i.e, algo courses under Algo section and ds courses under DS section). Doing this will make free-courses-hi.md more structured.

I want to contribute in this particular issue , i would be highly thankful if you will assign this to me. Thanks
