Custom github app

Lately more and more workflows are being created to automate certain processes, one ambitious project that would help encompass all these things avoiding (in theory) security vulnerabilities is a bot (Github Apps) created for free-programming-books, like microsoft's but simpler.

At this time I don't have so much time to devote to this project but as soon as I can I start trying to do something, it would be nice to be able to develop it in more people.
