Description

Updated Hindi Code of Conduct into more understandable text. Previous text was pure Hindi, which was difficult to understand. Hence, I toned down to phonetic language so that people can understand easily in first read. Gradually, I'll also update for Marathi.

It helps to resolve understanding barriers, hence IT IS.

How do we know it's really free?

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.
