To_introduce_dark_mode and a feedback form

Dark mode toggle will enhance user experience, and a feedback form is also necessary so that if the user finds some book which he requires missing he could update the form, and the requirements could be met.

look at free-programming-books-search; there was an effort to add dark mode but I don't remember what happened.
