Allow manual setting of RNG minecraft version

This is useful when playing on a server with a different minecraft version. Players may use 1.20 client to connect to 1.17 server, and I hope there can be a command to set the RNG minecraft version.

If you use ViaFabricPlus it will detect the server version properly already
