[Suggestion] Add handler for blank enchantments.

Sometimes the cracker gets stuck needing a 0 bookshelf enchant list, but I can't enter blank enchantments so I have to fiddle with the bookshelves until it works.

I'm not sure I understand this request, can you please clarify?

@Earthcomputer what he means is sometimes you lower the seed down till ur at 1 or 0 bookshelves left and theres only maybe 1 or 2 slots to enchant and the 3rd slot is locked. So he wants u to add a blank option for certain slots

You can increase the number of bookshelves. It worked in the video
