InitAdvertize typo?

Should this subroutine be called InitAdvertise rather than InitAdvertize? Otherwise comment doesn't make sense (to me, anyway). https://github.com/ESCOMP/CMEPS/blob/5ad45de27166be0fb04df09ac73f614c33e4df30/cesm/driver/esm.F90#L757-L760

Thank you for the question. The subroutine name is correct but the comment is wrong. I will correct the comment in an upcoming PR.
