Add multidriver capability for winappdriver

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

Similar to the capability of multiapi or multiwebdriver could be nice to provide to the framework the capability to work with multiple desktiop applications at the same time.

new tag MultiWinAppDriver that allow a test to handle multiple desktop applications from the same test
