Add multidriver capability for appium

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

Similar to the capability of multiapi or multiwebdriver could be nice to provide to the framework the capability to work with multiple mobile devices at the same time.

new tag MultiAppium that allow a test to handle multiple devices from the same test
