Describe the bug

When there are no comments in a story the header goes out of the main story div and overlaps the footer.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Visit any story having no comments.
  2. Eg https://userstory.eosdesignsystem.com/story/60e59aa42d674800150f759e

Expected behavior

The heading should come above the footer and inside the main div.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Google Chrome
